Beginning in the fall semester 2013 the college initiated a robust, in-house wellness program geared to needs to all employees. The Human Resources staff now includes a wellness program fellow who is a recent graduate of Agnes Scott. Exercise and weight loss programs, as well as stress relief programming, are now offered on a regular basis. As part of our benefits program Agnes Scott College has an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) offered through the Lifescope. The EAP provides counseling and referrals for a wide variety of personal issues including: Alcohol/Drug Abuse, Budget & Debt Issues, Emotional Concerns, Family & Relationship Issues and Stress at Work or Home. EAP is a confidential counseling and referral service provided free of charge to employees and their household members. Depending on the benefit plan, employees may also utilize insurance covered health screenings and immunizations.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is available help students by providing insight and guidance into a variety of issues and concerns. Confidential counseling services are available to all enrolled Agnes Scott students. Formats include individual, couples, group and problem-solving sessions; consultation and referral services; and outreach programming.
