MeteoViva predictive energy management

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:

A energy management pilot program is currently in place in the McKinley building. MeteoViva is an innovative energy management platform which uses climate data to continuously predict how much heating and cooling a building will need in the future. Next, using self learning algorithms, MeteoViva is able to calculate optimum equipment settings in order to maintain the desired indoor temperature at the lowest operating cost to the building owner.
