Student Activists for Sustainability is a student group that advocates for sustainability in all manifestations on campus. It aims to get students involved with student led projects that can be done on a level that does not necessarily require direct involvement of administration, such as starting a cigarette recycling program on campus, delivering informative demos on how to reduce individual waste, and working with the Antioch College Food Committee in the college's phasing out of disposable dishware.

The Antioch Farm is a working farm and learning laboratory located on Antioch College’s south campus. Started in 2011, the Farm includes a two-acre annual growing area with a 600-square foot hoop house and pollinator friendly garden, pasture for animal grazing, two acres of food forest, and a composting site. It's staffed mostly by Antioch students, and all food from the Antioch Farm is harvested for campus dining halls.
The Antioch College Farm utilizes ecological agriculture to provide an integrated context for liberal arts learning. The Farm allows students to experience, explore, and develop methods of sustainability, through its interwoven functions as an outdoor laboratory for curricular study and a living forum where student labor connects to campus dining and recycling.
Antioch College also has a number of small garden plots and landscaping beds, including a pollinator friendly plot, a rain garden, an edible herb bed, and an apothecary garden (medicinal plant).

The Outdoor Recreation and Education Interest Group was created to provide meaningful outdoor centered experiences where participants may engage in activities that educate, foster a connection between the person and the outdoors, and ultimately develop a sense of leadership in participants. This Interest Group follows Leave No Trace principles, and the current leader of the group is certified to teach Leave No Trace principles. The Interest Group holds weekly hikes and fire gatherings. Past events also include a fire building workshop, a basic navigation lesson, and an overnight camp out.

The Campus Sustainability Associate student position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and reporting all sustainability efforts on campus. Duties include, but are not limited to: sustainability research, data recording, data entry, presentations of sustainability data and projects, and working with campus representatives who are relevant to sustainability practices. In addition, the College has offered student employment opportunities through which students can learn and assist with the STARS data collection and reporting process.
The Glen Helen Ecology Institute provides students with employment opportunities in land management, raptor rehabilitation, public education, and nonprofit conservation organization administration.
