Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
Yes

A brief description of how printing is limited:

BC utilizes PaperCut, an application available on all campus computers that creates a tally of how much a user has printed and displays that information to the user. A trial on student computers in Winter Quarter 2012 revealed that the average student printed around 110 pages, with 35 students printing over 1,000 pages and the top 15 users printing an average of 2,372 each. These results prompted the Associated Student Government to implement a cap of 300 free prints for students starting Fall Quarter 2012 and 150 free prints starting Winter Quarter 2013, with the option to pay for additional printing.
