A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
Bellevue College has offered training sessions on “Easy Steps towards Sustainability” and “Best Practices in Sustainability and Conservation” for faculty and staff during Professional Development Days the last two years. Presentations for staff focused on best practices in administration (i.e. printing, energy, waste). Faculty were offered trainings on how to integrate sustainability into the curriculum and one specifically on water issues.
