Yes

A brief description of the child care program, policy, or practice:

Bellevue College offers child care services for both students and employees. The college's Early Learning Center (ELC) offers childcare in a nurturing environment that encourages discovery, learning and development for children and their families. The program is designed for children ranging in ages three months to 6 years.

The Center also provides learning space for students enrolled in BC Early Learning & Teacher Education, a program that gives "in the field" experience to BC students training to be child care providers and BC Parent Education, a program offering classes and resources for new and experienced parents to help build a strong bond with their child.

In addition, the College participates in the sick child care program (Tender Loving Care) offered by Virginia Mason Hospital. Through this program, parents can take their mildly ill children to the hospital for care by teachers and a registered nurse while they attend work.
