A brief description of the institution’s sustainability partnerships with the local community:

Bellevue College partners with King Metro for its transportation subsidy program for students.

Bellevue College partners with the City of Bellevue for the Eastside Green Business Challenge, a friendly competition among Eastside businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations and city governments to see who can save the most money and natural resources in one year. The challenge began in October of 2011 and runs through 2012.

Bellevue College also has third party partnerships with organizations providing tuition assistance to fund students in need.
