This is an underestimation of the number of community service hours contributed by students in a one-year period. These hours come from the only service programs which are tracked, which are as follows:
-credit-earning internships at non-profit organizations, BC units that serve the community, or service-focused government agencies;
-community-focused Work-Study employment; and
-The largest service learning-type course on campus, Multicultural Business Consulting.
