Sodexo, the university's dining services contractor is required to utilize sustainable practices in acquisition of locally grown food where possible, waste management, and water conservation. They are also required to pay a living wage to front line employees.
RC Matthews, general contractor is required to recycle construction debris and build according to green building standards.
