Sustainability Engagement Campaign

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome :

In Spring 2016 The Bentley Office of Sustainability worked with GreenerU to create a sustainability engagement campaign for campus. The goals of this campaign are to promote a comprehensive reach of sustainability and to establish sustainability as a social norm on campus.

In order to do this we inquired about existing sustainability attitudes and preferred methods of communication through focus groups, interviews and a general campus survey. From this information GreenerU created assets and a plan to use them throughout campus.

We launched the campaign in Fall 2016 with in person events, posters and emails. The campaign is successful and we have increased visibility of sustainability on campus
