Bentley's Facilities Management department manages indoor air quality in compliance with ASHRAE standards. They insure that the air exchange rate flushes the air in accordance with this standard. In addition, we have preventative maintenance scheduled to change filters on a regular basis to maintaining equipment so that air quality does not fluctuate.
When there are complaints, we conduct investigations using air quality measurement tools to test carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane (gas leaks), mold, water infiltration, enough air flow (oxygen levels)
