Boston College provides bike racks and rooms on campus for secure bicycle storage. Showers are available in the Flynn Recreation Complex for members and in Maloney Hall and The 129 Lake st. Building for those without membership to the Flynn Complex.

Boston College has numerous safe, clean, and strategically located bike racks and rooms throughout campus.

BC offers an internal bike share program overseen by BC students for BC students. Students who attend a safety training are qualified to loan out a bicycle for a three day period at no cost. Keys are checked out from the Library on campus.

Boston College offers student discounts on direct sales on mass transit passes through the MBTA. Boston College offers pretax payroll deduction on MBTA passes to employees.
Boston College operates and promotes a university run bus system. The system provides free service to all students, faculty and area residents between its Newton, Chestnut Hill and Brighton Campuses with connections to mass transit in the Cleveland Circle and Commonwealth Ave. areas of Boston.
Bus schedules are posted online, at each bus stop and buses can be tracked in real time using a smartphone or PC.

Employees or students must be enrolled in a valid BC car pool program and be registered with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation's MassRides Program.

Boston College publicizes carpool/vanpool matching on the transportation web page.
Employees and students enrolled in carpool/vanpools are issued preferred parking at reduced rates. The price break is between 23-70% less than the typical parking cost on campus.
