The Sustainability Coordinator, Amy Spark, also works for Alberta Ecotrust Foundation and was the lead planner on the 2018 Environmental Gathering in Calgary. Amy simultaneously represented Bow Valley College and Alberta Ecotrust.

The Specialist for Sustainability Reporting at the University of Calgary has mentored and supported the Bow Valley College Sustainability Coordinator in the past year.

Bow Valley College is one of the co-conveners of the Calgary Post-secondary Sustainability Community of Practice and assists in planning several meetings per year. The Calgary Board of Education (a member of the COP) shared their greenhouse gas inventory with the college, to support our efforts.
