A brief description of the graduation pledge program:
We implemented a Graduation Pledge for graduating seniors beginning spring semester 2010. Seniors who made the pledge wore a green ribbon at graduation and took a card with the pledge stated on it and committed to work towards sustainability in whatever line of work they chose to pursue. Having a graduation pledge is vital to encouraging students to continue their commitment to sustainability and social justice as they leave Brandeis and go out into their communities.
