A brief description of the postconsumer food waste composting program:

All trash (post-consumed) in the dining halls is sent to an industrialized composting facility. The trash from the kitchen and from consumers goes to the We Care composting facility in Marlboro, MA. The food that is not eaten at the end of each day goes to We Care.
