A brief description of the technology used:
Vending Miser is an energy efficiency tool for vending machines. It saves power by turning off lighting and managing compressor cooling cycles when they are not needed. We purchased 12 vending misers for vending machines on campus. We also now work with the vendors to use energy efficient equipment.
