Office paper is Sustainable Forestry Certified. Purchases are made from state contracts, which offers recycled content paper.

Basically, the state of North Carolina has policies, directives and guidelines, which have a stated preference for the purchase of recycled content office paper. (See pages 34-39 of the guidelines, <www.pandc.nc.gov/documents/wholeapm.pdf>)

1. Recycling 14 buildings twice a week will take two days to accomplish. There are six containers for paper, plastic, etc, and 1 large container for cardboard boxes.

The boxes must be broken down to fit in the dumpster. The recycling center picks
up twice a week." page 36
