Campus Bike Lanes and Racks
The university supports bicycle commuters by providing designated bicycle paths and lanes throughout campus as well as conveniently located bicycle racks. The map of bicycle infrastructure can be viewed at http://daf.csulb.edu/maps/pdf/bike.pdf

Free Bicycle Safety Checks & Fixit Clinics
The second Wednesday of each month during fall and spring semesters, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center Dero Fixit Station, the university partners with bicycle mechanics from JAX Bicycle Center to offering free instruction on basic bicycle maintenance for the campus community free of charge.

CSULB Cyclist Discount
Campus community members can receive a discount on bikes, accessories, and services at JAX Bicycle Center on Bellflower Blvd. and Spring St. by presenting their CSULB ID card.

Bicycle Theft Prevention and Recovery
Parking and Transportation Services works closely with University Police to educate campus community members about the most effective ways to secure their bikes on campus using U-Lock devices. The University Police also conduct regular outreach to promote registration of bicycles in order to increase the likelihood of recovering stolen bikes and deter possible thefts.
