Does the institution have a trayless dining program in which trays are removed from or not available in dining halls?:
Yes

A brief description of the trayless dining program:

At the Dining Commons we are conscious and proactive in waste management. It is proven in
all-you-care-to-eat environments that more food is thrown away by those who use trays. We suggest that diners select
their food of choice, find a place to sit and then come back in to select their beverage of choice.
