Officers: The Executive Associate to the President for Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for leading deep, pervasive, and meaningful change in the college understands and practices diversity and inclusion. The Dean for Intercultural Student Development oversees student development related to diversity. The Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion oversees the integration of diversity into the curriculum.
Committees: President's Advisory Team for Diversity and Inclusion is an advisory team made up of diversity champions from across the campus. The Multicultural Affairs Committee is tasked with overseeing Calvin's "From Every Nation" document. A document setting diversity goals related to race.

A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:

Members of the President's cabinet meet monthly with the Executive Associate to the President for Diversity and Inclusion in one-hour cultural competency coaching sessions. Each member of the cabinet also takes an annual cultural competency assessment.

All faculty, staff and administrators have access to monthly professional development opportunities related to diversity and cultural competency. Activities include lectures, workshops, and discussion groups.

Students are also afforded regular cultural competency activities. Students are also required to complete a Cross-cultural Engagement course for graduation.
