Carnegie Mellon University does not have a formal vendor code of conduct, however, these issues are often addressed in the supplier selection and through the contracting processes.
The university has also adopted the Code of Ethics endorsed by the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP). The NAEP mission is to facilitate the development, exchange and practice of effective and ethical procurement principles and techniques within higher education and associated communities.
