A brief description of the event(s):

On April 11, 2013, The Ohio State University at Newark and Central Ohio Technical College hosted the guest lecture titled "When the BioMass Hits the Wind Turbine: How we got ourselves into this mess and how we are going to get out of it”. The information was presented by Jay Warmke, the owner of Blue Rock Station an educational facility on sustainability, and covered the history of energy from 1491 through the present and future considerations for energy consumption.

The presentation was available to students, faculty and staff of COTC and Ohio State Newark, as well as Newark community residents.
