There were no new buildings constructed, nor were there major renovations within the past 3 years.
Central Ohio Technical College does operate a LEED Gold certified building in the city of Mount Vernon, OH. Based on the institutional boudary defined for the purposes of reporting for the Newark Campus, however, this building was not included.
