The Ohio State University at Newark and Central Ohio Technical College have a Newark Campus Framework Plan that is used to guide planning through 2035. One of the core Framework principles is to “promote energy efficiency, sustainability and efficient use of land resources”. Also, one of the campus’ physical scenario objectives includes “addressing land resources and sustainability”.
