A brief description of the program:
As a state institution, Cleveland State is required to follow Ohio Department of Administrative Services directives related to in-state purchases.
On contracts for services, state agencies must require contractors to disclose:
1. The location(s) where all services will be performed; and
2. The location(s) where any state data applicable to the contract will be maintained or made
available; and
3. The principal location of business for the contractor and all subcontractors.
