LiveWell at CCU is a campus-wide initiative that promotes the overall well-being of students, faculty and staff, connecting people to campus activities and easy-to-find resources that help everyone become healthy, engaged and more productive. CCU is committed to its mission of developing healthy and productive citizens through a supportive environment dedicated to continuous self-improvement. The LiveWell website has tools and resources for a healthy mind, body and spirit. There are links for active living, healthy eating, physical health, emotional wellness, intelligent living, tobacco-free and sustainable lifestyles.
