Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with an energy management or benchmarking program? (0-100):

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:

Colgate University has a comprehensive energy management program that includes metering, submetering, and implementation of a centralized energy management platform (Day Automation). We also have nine (9) of our buildings connected to the Lucid Dashboard system. Lucid helps us run student energy competitions in our residence halls as well as better manage our buildings. We also have a full-time energy manager on campus who assesses energy performance on campus and implements new programs. Colgate's energy manager works closely with the Office of Sustainability to better manage energy and carbon on campus. These systems and programs allow us to benchmark and monitor energy, water, and carbon metrics in our buildings in real-time. Our energy management program has resulted in a steady decrease in energy consumed on campus since our baseline in 2009.

Over the past few years, Colgate has switched every shower head on campus to low-flow models. We have also changed out most of our faucets and toilets to aerated and low-flow models.
