A brief description of the technology used:

In Concordia College's newly renovated Offutt School of Business, motion sensors are used throughout the building in order to reduce energy when parts of the building are not in use.

Concordia College's Facilities Management will also be adding new motion sensors for lighting in Olson Forum, a multipurpose sports and fitness complex, in the upcoming year, in addition to motion sensors that exist in many restrooms and and some classrooms across campus.
