While Concordia College often works with other institutions and organizations in the community around sustainability, it does not have any long-lasting "formal partnerships" with the community to advance sustainability locally.
Examples of partnerships in the past few years include the organic garden's work with local schools, 4-H, and Upward Bound groups, and partnerships around Earth Day activities and educational events in the community and with other nearby institutions of higher education.
