Dalhousie Office of Sustainability, College of Sustainability, and the Student Union Sustainability office publish a blog and answer numerous emails from other universities requesting information on a wide range of topics. The university has participated in regional and provincial sustainability challenges and competitions to raise awareness of sustainability in representative institutions. Examples includes One Million Acts of Green Challenge: Acadia and Trent and Atlantic University Energy Competition Challenge.
