Earlham administered the CIRP-sponsored Diverse Learning Environments Survey in spring 2011. The survey aimed to assess how well we are accomplishing the goals of our 2008 Diversity Aspirations Statement.

Following the survey, results were used to create recommendations to the Diversity Progress Committee for consideration in improving approaches to diversity at earlham. The committee is currently writing a diversity plan for the college.
