ETSU has a policy that dictates purchasing of university standards on all computers, laptops and tablets. Exceptions are rare and must but submitted in writing to OIT. All computers, laptops and tablets MUST be ordered through the university's electronic B2B site. Each order is routed through OIT for review and approval before an order is placed.
