The boundary for the EICCD STARS submission includes all three of our campus locations - Scott Community College, Bettendorf IA, Clinton Community College, Clinton IA, and Muscatine Community College, Muscatine IA. The boundary also includes the EICCD District Office, Kahl Education Center, Career Assistance Center, Blong Technology Center, and Midwest Center for Safety and Rescue Training, all located in Davenport IA, and the Clinton Tech Center located in Clinton IA. The boundary does not include the following outlying EICCD facilities: Maquoketa Center, Wilton Center, Muscatine Ag Center, or the Iowa@work facilities. These facilities are located in partnership buildings which EICCD does not own, entirely own, or have operational control over.
