A brief description of the policies and/or programs:
Three years ago, EICCD instituted restrictions on out-of-state travel by all district employees. At this point, any out-of-state travel must be pre-approved by the Chancellor, and out-of-state travel is restricted to trips which meet very restrictive guidelines: travel accompanying students to athletic or organizational events, travel to engage in required federal grant training and meetings, and travel to pursue opportunities with potential return-on-investment to the organization.
