A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
The only EICCD facility with on-site dining services is the Scott Community College campus. Dining services at this campus are provided by Sheridan Hospitality Management. Sheridan uses recycled-content napkins in it's SCC operations. These are purchased directly by Sheridan.
