A brief description of the metering system:
The GridNavigator integration server (GridXchange Server), is a turn-key solution for real-time read and write from BACnet data points. This capability and approach eliminates the unnecessary sub-metering endpoints that are already monitored by the Building Management System (BMS) and lowers the overall metering and monitoring cost.
