Has the institution developed a bicycle plan?:
Yes

A brief description of the plan:

EdCC’s pedestrian network is a system of plazas, walkways, sidewalks, streets, hallways and elevated corridors. The internal organization of EdCC offers the advantage of having a mostly car-free pedestrian zone within the developed area of campus. The system, however, becomes much weaker at the edges, resulting in a disconnect with surrounding streets, parking lots and remote campus buildings, and creating areas of conflict between pedestrians and vehicles. The pedestrian plan calls for the creation of more paths, walkways, crosswalks, sidewalk and walkway connections, pedestrian seating and bicycle storage and for the integration of campus circulation.
