A brief description of the source of non-potable water and how it is used:
The Horticulture Department has a Greenhouse Roof Rain Capture system with two tanks. This source of water is used for augmenting the watering of the Greenhouse plants. In 2012-2013, the Construction Industry Training department received a grant to install a rainwater cistern
to collect rainwater from their roof and design a closed energy system using solar panels to pump collected rainwater to the campus community garden.
