Yes

A brief description of the assessment(s):

There are a number of ways that the college currently assesses diversity. We had diversity indicators in our Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that were measured and assessed annually although those are currently under redevelopment with a new mission/core themes and a new strategic plan. The most recent assessment for KPIs was 2010-2011. In addition, students and faculty have been surveyed about cultural diversity in instruction, most recently in 2006. The Employee Campus Climate Survey also includes assessment of campus diversity culture in terms of employees with a category on Equity and Cultural Competency. This survey was last administered in 2011.

Year the assessment was last administered:
2,011

A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

Key Performance Indicators drive annual goal setting by all departments as goals should be linked to Core Themes and relevant KPIs.
