All new building construction must be LEED B+D certified. All remodels and renovations, both in Emerson owned and leased spaces, must follow energy and water efficiency guidelines, requiring us to create resource saving infrastructure and resource saving technologies.

We have a construction department with oversight from leadership. All new actions are regulated by inspection from senior leaders.
