A brief description of the programs sponsored by the institution to support underrepresented groups:

Residence Life holds diversity trainings twice a year in August and January for Residence Life staff and offers continued training for Resident Assistants throughout the year. "Alliance Training" (diversity across the board) is open to full community and offered throughout the school semester. The ALANA club promotes diversity and equity on campus through a number of educational events and activities (ie. ethnic dinners, etc.). A single-parent program offers housing and tuition to single parents.

Students are also encouraged to report complaints of harassment or discrimination to the Director of Campus Safety, Assistant Dean of Students, College Ombudsperson, the Director of Personnel, or the Director of Counseling.
