A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:

In March 2013, Euromed Management signed an agreement with the French Civic Service Institut that is both innovative and “sustainable”. The French Civic Service is similar to the US Peace Corps and AmeriCorps combined.
Every degree seeking student at Euromed Management has the obligation to carry out an internship and the majority must also carry out an international experience (study abroad, job or internship). The agreement that was signed this year now allows students to carry out a “civic service” mission rather than an internship. If the mission corresponds to their level of qualifications and capacity, the student can choose this more sustainable route.
In return, the school facilitates access and entrance into our Masters programmes for youths that have carried out a civic service and wish to continue their studies. The School has also agreed to “incubate” entrepreneurial projects of former civic service members in the schools “Business Nursery”.
