A brief description of how multiple stakeholder groups were involved in developing the plan:

This plan was elaborated by the CSR Department with the help of selected memebrs of the staff, managgement teams and with input of a student survey (not fully focused on sustainability). The plan was presented to the Directors of the school and validated by them.


A brief description of the plan’s measurable goals :

Divided into our five axes of action -
1. Teaching
1. Increase CSR presence in Euromed Management’s Curriculum:

Actions:
- Launch one session of the PMG with 4 visually impaired students
>> Target Output : integrate 3/5 disable people for the 2011 session,
>> Target Output : train faculty members to manage handicap

- Launch a new Exec Ed programme “How to Integrate CSR into Strategy and Practices” in partnership with “Des Enjeux et des Hommes”
>> Target Output: 10 participants for the first session / 80 % participant satisfaction

- Make SIMONU event as the official event of the “Rentrée 2012”.
>> Target Output : A unique event for all ESC, bachelor and MS have, 80% satisfaction

- Create CSR links to the MS Programmes (extra financial audit, Sustainable city, ...)
>> Target Output : At least one mandatory course for all of students in the MS

2. Increase Faculty Awareness and Competence on Sustainable Development

Actions:
- Work with the Faculty Director in order to increase faculty awareness and competences on Sustainable Development (i.e. organisation of 1 or 2 days training for every new professor as it’s done at RMS (“by teacher, for teacher” session for now 3 years))
>> Target Output: revisited syllabus with tangible proof elements of the continuous process of
CSR integration for accrediting bobbies.
2. Research

1. Increase research on CSR/SD related topics:
Actions:
- Capitalise on the Responsible purchasing chair (as a success story)
>> Target Outputs:
 Establishment of a new research chair on subject like Well-Being, Gender, and Governance... 100k€/year for 3 years
 The purchasing department is fully integrated into the resp. purchasing chair

- Develop the activities and output of the 1st Responsible Management Network (RMN)
>> Target Outputs:
 90% global satisfaction for all members
 New non-academic publications

- Launch the 2nd RMN
>> Target Output: 8/10 new partners
2. Integrate reliable indicators into CSR research reporting
Actions:
- Work with the research team to create a reliable reporting system with indicators based on faculty input
3. Green Campus Management
1. Improve the management of biodiversity on our campus

Action:
- Take inventory of campus Biodiversity and elaborate a management plan
>>> Target Outputs: a biodiversity inventory with action plan

2. Improve campus Restauration

Action:

- Launch in collaboration with SODEXO the responsible Restauration framework
>>> Target Output: An inventory of current status and a road map for improvement

3. Improve campus waste management

Action:

- Work with logistics to create reliable indicators on consumption and waste.
>>> Target Output: existence and use of reliable indicators

4. Reduce paper consumption

Action:

- Launch working group and actions for dematerialization
>>> Target Output: paper consumption is reduced by 5%
4. Social Policy
1. Improve the quality of life and health of our students, to be at the service of individual performance and to help prevent psychosocial risks.

Action:
- Launch “Wellness” (resources, teams, centres, etc.)
- Expand to Toulon in 2012.
>>> Target Output: existence of the wellness mechanism, partnerships on Wellness, development of the project.

2. Improve the learning environment and context for students with disabilities
Actions:
- Launch the PMG for visually impaired students
>>> Target Output: 80% satisfaction among participants (disable and valid) + faculty & the launch of a 2nd session next year.
- Find funding (grants or sponsors) for accessibility improvements
>>> Target Output: funding (grants or sponsors) for accessibility improvements - 200k€
- Create scholarships for disabled students
>>> Target Output: Increased amount of scholarships for disabled students.

2. Reinforce the school’s equal opportunity policy

Action:
- Sign agreements and create scholarships/projects on Diversity.

- Organize the Diversity Week
>>> Target Output: raised awareness on diversity issues and valorisation of student & staff commitments & actions
