Yes

A brief description of the management system:

A total of 15 electric submeters are installed on 15 FSU facilities and tied back to a central EMS installed on the FSU Energy Manager’s desktop PC. The EMS is called E-Mon Energy. The EMS allows FSU to track electric usage and demand in these 15 buildings in real time. Approximately 788k GSF of FSU's total 1,691k GSF total are submetered.
