A brief description of the native plant program, policy, or practice:

As part of an environmental sustainability initiative, we have begun to use native plants on our grounds as much as possible in both new landscape installations and by replacing existing plant material that is declining, diseased, etc.

Native plants are chosen based on drought tolerance, insect and disease resistance, compatibility with other plantings, functionality and suitability.
