Housing and Residential Life has partnered with Counseling and Psychological Services, Student Health Services, Recreation Services, Office of University Sustainability and various academic departments to bring first-year residents a Living Learning Community that offers multiple opportunities to improve health, have fun, and build connections with peers. This community brings together faculty, staff and students focused on health and wellness programs and interactive experiences. The program will examine the broad range of factors that contribute to achieving optimal health including environmental health. Participants participate in the housing recycling program, attend sustainability programs such as Green Cleaning, and also participate as a group in Nature Preserve workdays.
