A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
Equal Opportunity Programs and Diversity provides Diversity trainings that are open to the university community. The trainings deal with people’s ability to interact effectively with people of different cultures. The four components are: (a) awareness of one's own cultural worldview, (b) attitude towards cultural differences, and (c) knowledge of different cultural practices and worldviews.
