Only the Aramark Fresh Foods Company is considered for this credit. The Office of University Sustainability continues to work with Aramark and the franchises on campus to reduce styrofoam use and incorporate more sustainable practices. Aramark internal catering does use disposable plastic-ware. However, customers can request reusable china to be used instead.
