Olin recently hired a Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Title IX Coordinator, Rame Hanna.

All students are required to attend the Olin Introductory Experience (OIE), where there is a diversity assignment that all students must complete, as well as discussions of diversity. However, many more trainings and programs will be available next year.
