We have a Foundation investment committee, but all investment tasks for FSU Foundation Inc. are contracted out to University System of Maryland Foundation and Wilmington Trust. Our investment committee does not therefore have any statement regarding environmental or social concerns.

They recommend the Spending Policy to the Full Board of Directors for approval based upon the recommendation of the USM Foundation who holds all of our endowment investments. They also review financial reports.
